postponement of club championships and winter cup

The photos below show the extreme flooding of our course over the past weekend necessitating on the cancellation of Round 1 of Saturday’s Club Championships and the Sunday Winter Cup.

Due to the fairways, bunkers and the greens remaining sodden and with the weather forecast for this Saturday 9th being 15 to 20 mils the Match and Course Committees have decided to postpone this Saturdays Round 2 of Club Championships with other dates to be selected in September.

This Saturday will remain a shotgun start as per the time-sheet but will be a Stableford event.

The Match Committee will further advise the date to hold the Winter Cup following their meeting next Tuesday.

Well done to all the junior golfers who participated in the Hartfield Junior Open

Congratulations to the winners and all participants at the 2025 Hartfield junior open.

Strong scoring for both the girls and the boy’s.  The event was played in great spirit, and our Hartfield junior members did themselves proud.
