second round Junior Boy’s Pennant results

Boy’s had a good match against Lakelands with some outstanding performances.  We went down 3&1/2 to 1&1/2 however the match was a lot tighter than last week.  Special mentions, Marshall Pymont, turned at 3 down and managed to beat his opponent 2&1for his first win in matchplay, great effort mate.  Eli Green, giving his opponent 11 shots!! was 3 down 6 to play, fought back to one down coming up 18 and he won that hole to square his match, top job.  All the boys are getting more comfortable with the format and I’m sure this week will see even more success.

Big thanks to Paul Chappel for his assistance this week at training, looking forward to a session with Josh Fewkes this week.

Club Fitting Appointments:

All fittings are booked directly through the Pro Shop. 

• Duration of Fittings:

• 30-Minute Session: Designed for a single club fitting, such as a driver or a specific club the player wants to optimize. 
• 60-Minute Session: Ideal for multiple club fittings, such as a combination of driver and 3-wood or irons and hybrids. 

• Cost of the Fitting Event:

  There is no charge for attending the fitting event, making it an excellent opportunity for players to access professional fitting services without any upfront financial commitment.
• Follow-Up Support:   After the fitting, the Pro Shop team is available to assist with placing orders for recommended equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from fitting to purchase.

Green fee increase

After looking closely at our green fee pricing the Club decided to make a small increase.

This helps the Club  use the current demand for golf while keeping our rates competitive.

Good news,  this won’t affect our members. The slight bump will only apply to guests being introduced to the club.

This won’t mean more tee times for public players. Our members’ access and experience remains our top priority.

The  pricing structure below  is being implement effective immediately for members guests.

9 Holes (weekdays)                                                          From  $25 to  $30

9 Holes (weekends after comp social play)                      From  $25 to  $30

18 Holes (weekdays)                                                          From $40 to $45

18 Holes (Sundays with a valid GL number)  From  $45 to $50 + comp fee

Friday Twilights (guest competition fee)                         From   $10 to  $20
